DESCRIPTION:Entering Grades 3 - 4\n\n\n\nThis STEAM Mini-Camp meets Tuesday\, Wednesday and Thursday from 1:00 - 2:30. This summer's theme is "Italian Feast!" Students will create a pasta dish with a homemade tomato sauce\, bread from scratch and a delectable Italian desert! They'll be hand rolling the pasta\, learning about mother sauces and much more! Along the way\, students will learn safe knife skills and how to use kitchen equipment including the oven\, microwave and skillet!
